Background Barbara McQuinn is a Florida native and 50 year county resident with a BS from Florida Atlantic and a MS from Nova University. A 34 year professional with the School District, she retired as an area superintendent and has been a teacher from elementary through high school, an assistant principal, a magnet coordinator and principal of Palm Beach Gardens High School. A recipient of the Florida Education Commissioner's Principal Achievement Award for Outstanding Leadership, she has held leadership roles in community organizations including the North Palm Chamber, Good Shepard Episcopal School, and has been the President of the Palm Beach County Council of Teachers of Mathematics. |
